Katherine Roach - Global Head of Sustainability & Investments Business Management
Katherine Roach, Global Head of Sustainability & Investments Business Management, reports to GAM’s group CEO, heading up both teams ensuring GAM delivers the oversight, governance and controls across its investments globally.
Katherine joined GAM in October 2019, initially as Front Office Controls Manager within Investments, before becoming Head of Investments Business Management in March 2022. Effective 01 August 2024, Katherine’s role expands and she takes the position of Global Head of Sustainability & Investments Business Management, reporting to GAM’s group CEO, heading up both teams ensuring GAM delivers the oversight, governance and controls across its investments globally. Since joining GAM, Katherine has worked closely with the Responsible Investment team, primarily developing a global control framework, including internal tools, for integrating sustainability and relevant regulation within the investment process. Prior to joining GAM, she held various operational risk and control roles at Capital Group and Stonehage Fleming. Katherine graduated from the University of Sheffield with a BA in Spanish and Portuguese in 2012. She is based in London.
