Jay Carpenter - Portfolio Manager
Jay Carpenter is a Portfolio Manager responsible for relationship management and investment advice for private clients, Trusts and charities at GAM.
Prior to joining GAM in July 2014, he was an Investor Relations Manager at NewSmith Asset Management for three years and prior to this worked in hedge fund client services at Gartmore Investment Management. Jay holds a BA in Spanish from the University of Leeds, the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation, the Investment Management Certificate (IMC), the Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment. He is based in London.
