Anthony Smouha es director general de Atlanticomnium S.A., miembro del comité de gestión de Atlanticomnium y gestor del fondo GAM Star Credit Opportunities.

Lleva gestionando fondos de GAM desde que se incorporó en 1992 y codirige las estrategias de GAM Credit Opportunities. Smouha cuenta con más de 40 años de experiencia en los mercados de bonos en diversas disciplinas, entre ellas como jefe de negociación y venta de bonos en Soditic SA/SG Warburg Soditic SA en Ginebra y como banquero de inversión y especialista en mercados de capital de deuda en Credit Suisse First Boston en Londres. Smouha tiene un máster en Economía por la Universidad de Cambridge. Trabaja en Ginebra.

Anthony Smouha, CEO of Atlanticomnium S.A. and manager of GAM’s credit opportunities strategy; Niall Gallagher, manager of GAM’s European equity strategies; and Adrian Owens, manager of GAM’s global rates strategy, have been named FE Fund Info Alpha Managers for 2023.

The Alpha Manager Rating is a quantitative rating that distinguishes the top UK fund managers based on alpha generation and outperformance across their career history. Only the top 10% of UK managers receive this accolade.

Anthony Smouha, CEO of Atlanticomnium S.A. and manager of GAM’s credit opportunities strategy, was awarded ‘Best Alpha Manager of the Year 2022’ at the FE fundinfo Alpha Manager of the Year Awards.

The Alpha Manager Rating is a quantitative rating that distinguishes the top UK fund managers based on alpha generation and outperformance across their career history. Only the top 10% of UK managers receive this accolade.

Anthony was also selected as the winner of the ‘Best Alpha Manager - Sterling Strategic Bond’ category.
