Julius Baer Holding Ltd: Execution of capital reduction
With the entry into the commercial register of the Canton of Zurich on 23 June 2009, the capital reduction as resolved by the Annual General Meeting of Julius Baer Holding Ltd. on 8 April 2009 was executed by cancellation of 4,403,500 Julius Baer registered shares.
The registered share capital of Julius Baer Holding Ltd. now amounts to CHF 10,331,537.80, divided into 206,630,756 registered shares with a par value of CHF 0.05 each.
